Running Current Parts List / Engine Details

The following is a running known customizations list to help me remember things, along with links to relevant information. Also this should prevent people other than myself getting this engine and not having a clue what has been done and when.
- Interior / General
- Brand new windshield, June 2017
- Ignition
- MSD Pro Billet 8572 distributor.
- Initial Timing: (Need to get)
- Total Timing: 34 degrees
- Springs: (Need to get)
- Stops: Black (largest)
- Vacuum Advance: Disconnected at this time.
- Distributor gear: Melonized steel.
- MSD 6AL-6420 ignition.
- 6000 RPM rev limit
- MSD Pro Billet 8572 distributor.
- Carb
- Quick Fuel 735 CFM Super Street, Vaccuum Secondaries
- Stock jets, stock power valve, stock all around. Float levels set to middle, accelerator pump set to .015 clearance at full throttle.
- 37 primary nozzle (31 stock)
- Vacuum secondary screw 3/4 turn out from bottomed out, pulls clean!
- Quick Fuel 735 CFM Super Street, Vaccuum Secondaries
- Chasis
- Bilstein Sport shocks installed front and back August 2017
- Front
- SPC Pro Series upper Control arms 94360 Fully adjustable.
- Replaced all ball joints, steering idler arm, tie rods and clamps, rag joint, bushings on lower control arms, and springs. (2016)
- Passenger side lower control arm was damaged prior to ownership. Replaced with remanufactured OEM from Vantseel.
- Front hubs and spindles are now from a 69+ corvette setup. This means different bearing sizes (larger). Double check spindle diameter if you play with this at all to be certain.
- REAR
- OEM Differential code is 1 AO 11 9 67 W - IE: 3.70 Positraction
- VanSteel double offset trailing arms.
- Rear spring, 315lbs, shortened 1" per side for double offset trailing arms.
- All new wheel bearings properly spaced in 2017 by Carls Alignment and Brake.
- New spindle and carrier rear passenger side.
- Tires / Wheels
- Front wheels are 15x8" OEM Rally wheels to the best of my knowledge.
- Rear wheels are aftermarket 15x8" rally wheels, with 4.5" backspacing.
- Tires are Cooper Cobra Radial GT's
- 245/60/15 front tires. (Purchased August 2016, were rear tires then moved up front)
- 275/60/15 rear tires. (Purchased June 2017)
- Brakes
- All new flexible brake lines, master cylinder, rotors and calipers all the way around. (2015).
- Emergency/Parking brake rebuilt with vansteel kit. Uses braided stainless steel brake lines (pulley lines). Not adjusted very tight but works enough, ish.
- SSBC Master Cylinders 0476-1 - Polished Aluminum 1" bore
- Cooling Systems
- Dewitts c3 corvette direct fit small block chevy replacement aluminum radiator.
- Custom replacement overflow tank.
- Puke tank behind front passenger side wheel well.
- 383 Stroker Engine Build

- Intake Manifold - Edelbrock TM-1 (From original engine)
- Exhaust -- Full Ceramic coated Hooker headers and sidepipes (New Jan 2016, installed mid 2016).
- Engine oil: (TBD after engine break in) Amsoil VROD 10W30
- Oil filter adapter: NON BYPASS! All oil goes through the filter. Be very certain to let the car warm all the way up for a bit before really jumping on it!
- Oil Filter: WIX 51794 Heavy Duty. Oversized for additional oil capacity. Engine generally holds six quarts now.

- Polished powermaster 100 amp alternator, 1 wire (original external voltage regulator removed)
